How do I cancel an order?
Because Claro hopes to offer fast, responsive service, we process your order immediately after it is submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it is placed.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer a return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us. Claro is happy to advise about product information, application methods, or other inquires.
Are you cruelty-free?
Yes! We only use luxurious, natural products from the best reputable brands. Many of our products are also oil-free and paraben-free.
What are Clear Loyals?

How do I earn Claro Crowns?
You receive 200 Claro Crowns for creating an account. For every 1 HKD you spend, you receive 1 Claro Crown. When you like Claro's Facebook page, you receive 80 Claro Crowns. When you share Claro's Facebook page, you receive 150 Claro Crowns. When you follow on Claro on Instagram, you receive 50 Claro Crowns. Where can I sign up to be a Clear Loyal?
To sign up, click on the "Clear Loyals Membership" popup on the right bottom of the page.
How do I use my Claro Crowns account?
Once you create an account,, it will bring you to a "My Account" page. To earn extra Claro Crowns, click the "Clear Loyals Membership" at the bottom right again.
You will be brought to a page showing your Claro Crowns balance. Your membership rewards and activities will be recorded here. Your progress circle will display how much Crowns you are away from receiving a reward.
How do I earn Claro Crowns by engaging in Claro's social media platforms?
To view ways you can earn Crowns, click the "Earn more Claro Crowns" button below the progress circle.
You will be brought to a page showing ways to earn Crowns. Completed actions will be checked off. Click on the buttons to start earning!
How do I redeem my Clear Loyal rewards?
You can see rewards you can redeem with your current points by clicking the "Spend Claro Crowns" button.
Click the "Redeem" button to receive your rewards. Or save your Crowns for different rewards, you will be able to see how much Crowns you need for different rewards.
How do I refer a friend?
Scroll down on your Clear Loyal account information page. Copy your personal referral URL and send to friends and family with Facebook, WhatsApp, WeChat, iMessage, Snapchat, emails, etc!
The referral receiver will be brought to the Claro home page. They will enter their email to receive the 10% off discount code. The code can be entered into a coupon code when checking out to receive the reward.
Once the receiver uses their coupon, you (the referrer) will receive a HKD100 off reward!
The more you refer, the more rewards you receive!
